General information
There are 11 double-bed rooms in our pension. Each room is
equipped with a small entrance hall, bedroom and bathroom
with shower and toilet.
Please mind the fact that pets are not allowed in our pension.
Room equipment
There are two single beds or one marriage bed, bedside table,
chest of drawers, working table with small armchair, box with
fridge inside and wardrobe in the entrance hall in each room.
There is a TV/ SAT with Czech and abroad programmes, connection
to the Internet and phone for communication with the reception
and for dial-in calls.
Kinds of rooms
Rooms are divided into standard (8 rooms) and above standard
(3 rooms).
Standard rooms
There is a bathroom with toilet, shower and basin in each
of these rooms. One of these rooms is especially made for
wheelchair bounds. Price of these rooms is CZK 1 250,- for
one night for two persons or CZK 990,- for one person. Breakfast
and one parking place are included.
Above standard rooms
There is larger bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet.
Room number 6
In addition to above mentioned equipment there is a balcony
in this room. Price for one night is CZK 1 600,- for two or
CZK 1 400,- for one person. Breakfast and one parking place
are included.
Room number 11
This room is larger than standard rooms equipped with air
conditioning and two small armchairs. Price for one night
is CZK 1 600,- for two persons or CZK 1 400,- for one person.
Breakfast and one parking place are included.
Room number 10
This room is larger and suitable even for a more demanding
guest. There is air conditioning and a coffee table with two
armchairs. There are two basins, large shower, bath and bidet.
Price for one night is CZK 2 000,- for two persons or CZK
1 800,- for one person. Breakfast and one parking place are
included.
There is a possibility to equip a room with additional bed
for children 3-10 years of age which costs CZK 150,- per day.
Additional bed for children under 3 years of age is for free.
Special offer
According to a guest's wish, the whole third floor which includes
two above standard rooms (10 and 11), one standard room and
a hall where there is furniture for seating, connection to
the Internet, telephone and. Also a bigger TV than the one
in standard rooms can be rent as well. The third floor is
fully air conditioned. Price for one night is CZK 6 000,-
for six persons. Breakfasts and three parking places are included.
We provide a 10% reduction in price to our frequent customers when they are accommodated at our pension for the 10th time and the same reduction in price is valid for each their following stay.
Prices of a long- term accommodation can be reduced after the personal deal. In this case the reduction in price also depends on the season (in season / out of season) and also on the occupation of pension. Reduction in price is made according to length of customer’s stay. For your better estimate of reduction in price please see following table.

Location of rooms
The ground floor: Three standard rooms including one
for wheelchair bounds.
The first floor: Four standard rooms and above standard
room number 6. The second floor: One standard room
and two above standard rooms number 10 and 11.
Pension rules
Rooms are available on the check in day from 2 p.m. On the
leaving day rooms must be left until 10 a.m. Different times
of arrival and departures must be discussed individually and
will be accepted only in a case it will not influence running
of the guest house. A guest, who leaves early in the morning,
will receive a special snack instead of breakfast in the evening
if he informs our personnel. Please mind the fact that pets
are not allowed in our pension.
Payments
Payments are done at the reception during the check in either
in cash (Czech crowns only!) or via a credit card. We accept
these credit cards: EC/MC, VISA, American Express, JCB cards
and Diners Club International. Payments via invoice are possible
only for groups of at least six persons and must be discussed
individually in advance. At the beginning of a stay every
guest (except children under 18, people above 70 and people
with a business purpose of stay) will be charged the spa tax
which is CZK 15,- per person per night according to the article
14, General notice of Town Lázně Bohdaneč number 6/2005.
